		<description><![CDATA[I should point out that I think that quantum computing and quantum cryptography are fascinating subjects that may have important real world effects.  When I was in college I had a proof of Shor&#039;s quantum factoring algorithm memorized.

But I still stand by my statements here that I see no reason to use quantum cryptography in the Swiss elections.  The tricky parts of an election are simply not about having reliable communication channels between counting facilities and data centers.]]></description>
